Pinnacle Furniture and Office Profile are the trading names of eightspace LLP registered at Companies House under company number OC371120. This statement constitutes Eightspace LLP’s anti-slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st December 2021. Eightspace (the company) is committed to driving out acts of modern-day slavery and human trafficking within its business and supply chain.

The company acknowledges its responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and ensures transparency within the organisation and with suppliers of goods and services to the organisation.

As part of the company’s due diligence processes regarding slavery and human trafficking, the supplier approval process will incorporate a review of the controls undertaken by its suppliers. The level of management control for goods imported from outside the UK will be continually monitored.

The company will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.

The company directors and management take responsibility for the implementation of this policy and its objectives and undertake to provide adequate resources and training to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within the company or its supply chain.

A copy of this policy and the Modern Slavery Act 2015 is available to all employees of the company and can be obtained from the compliance department upon request.

This Policy supports the policies and procedures documented in our Integrated ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 Management System and is understood and communicated to all directors and employees of the company. This Policy is subject to

review at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability and relevance to the company’s activities.
