Support Programme

As a trusted and highly recommended partner within the education sector our aftercare program is key to our service offering.  As many of our products are manufactured by us we can provide a comprehensive service for replacement furniture and parts.

We have a dedicated, flexible and experienced team who are on hand for advice, training and support.    We know that education is constantly changing, as your organisation adapts and evolves we will be right there on hand to offer all the ongoing help and support you need.

We also offer Preventative Maintenance meetings at 6 and 12 months. We can work with you to anticipate future developments and keep your space working for you at the optimum level.

Operations & Maintenance Manual

An O & M manual will be provided following project completion including full details of manufacturers, product specifications and product warranties.

All products included in our proposals have been fully tested and compliant to current furniture and educational legislation and of proven quality.  In most cases, the products are branded that are well-known and respected in the market.
