Pinnacle provides a complete refurbishment service ensuring that schools can put their confidence in a contractor that is experienced in the educational sector.

We offer a full turnkey refurbishment service including electrics, plumbing, flooring, decorating and carpentry, as well as installing fitted and freestanding furniture. A project manager will co-ordinate all aspects of the refurbishment, eliminating the need for you to deal with a number of different trades. As a specialist educational contractor, we are used to working within schools during term time with minimum disruption. We have experience in both large and small projects, including entire new build schools and phased installations.

Fitted Furniture Installation

We manufacture our own fitted furniture ranges, and our installers have been trained how to fit our systems. The units are constructed from the components in our warehouse before they are transported to site. Comprehensive technical drawings facilitate rapid on-site installation and we use both employed fitters and experienced sub-contractors as projects necessitate. Project Management

A dedicated project manager will be assigned to your refurbishment, ensuring you have one point of contact and consistent communication. They will be responsible for the overall success of the project and will be on hand to manage and co-ordinate activity and reduce risk. They will source products and materials, meet with tradesmen, organise delivery of materials to site and liaise with the school, contractor and architect. Our project managers are experienced at overseeing installations and have completed training in this area such as SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme).

We employ a team of multi-skilled tradesmen and work with a number of vetted subcontractors for more specialist areas such as plumbing, gas and electrics, most of whom have an extensive history with Pinnacle. Wherever possible we utilise tradesmen from our national network that are local to your site. We can provide local, quality tradesmen who are managed on-site by our project managers to ensure that your project is delivered flawlessly. Most tradesmen are CRB certified enabling us to carry out term-time work within schools and our commitment to Health & Safety and good practices on site has been recognised by Citation and Constructionline certification.
