At Pinnacle, we understand the challenges schools face when refurbishing – keeping costs down, minimising disruption and creating an environment that encourages active learning. With over 30 years’ experience working with schools and 1,369 successful school refurbishments to date, we have the knowledge and expertise to help you transform your learning environment.

Our team of experts will work closely with you every step of the way through our streamlined project process, from concept and initial planning to the final touches, ensuring a seamless transformation and a smooth, stress-free journey.

Concept: Understanding Your Needs
We begin by scheduling a personal consultation to understand your specific needs, aspirations and budget requirements. This helps us to tailor our approach, to align with your vision and surpass your expectations.

Comprehensive Assessment
Alongside the consultation, our Project Manager will carry out a thorough assessment of your school’s current condition and areas in need of refurbishment. This will include an evaluation of structural integrity, safety compliance, and functionality. This allows us to develop effective solutions by identifying potential challenges upfront and avoiding unexpected delays and costs later on.

Design: Bringing Ideas to Life
Once we have a clear understanding of your objectives, we work closely with you to develop a bespoke design and refurbishment plan. By utilising cutting-edge design tools such as BIM and Revit, our in-house FF&E designers seamlessly integrate drawings. Mood boards and samples are provided to enable you to visualise the space and bring your ideas to life. Our designers use market-leading visualisation tools to provide 3D layouts, walkthroughs and elevations, enabling you to make informed decisions at every stage of the project.

Detail: Co-ordinated Project Management
A dedicated Project Manager oversees every aspect of the refurbishment process, from coordinating Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) installations to conducting regular site visits. They ensure that communication is smooth and that the project stays on track. Attention to detail is paramount.

Manufacture & Delivery: Quality Made Products
With British and European partner factories we maintain control of our supply chain to ensure smooth supply and delivery. Sustainability is at the heart of all our new product development, with a focus on reducing environmental impact and maximising efficiency. Our products are designed specifically for educational environments with durability and safety as fundamental, as well as providing versatility to allow spaces to change and evolve with varying cohorts and requirements.

Completion: Satisfaction Guaranteed
As the project nears completion, our installers will be on site, with the project manager overseeing the finer details. We do not consider the project complete until you are entirely satisfied!

Refurbishing your school is a transformative journey, and with our project process, we aim to make it a seamless and collaborative experience. So, contact us today to see how we can help you with your next project.
